Florida Girls Hockey Level 1 - Grassroots and Development

Learn to Play Calendar

The most basic element of the Florida Girls Hockey program is to expose young females to the game of hockey.  Building their interest requires the support of hockey associations and ice centers around Florida.  Below is a list of upcoming Learn to Play Hockey programs and grass roots events that are happening in the near future at our local ice rinks around Florida.

If you have an upcoming learn to play event that you would like to advertise on this website, please contact Jeff Novotny at

Girls Hockey Clinic Calendar

After girls become interested in hockey and they become integrated into their local rink's programming, then they become ready to participate in hockey clinics focused on girls athletic growth.  This involves learning the technical skills of the game including skating, stick-handling and game play, but also learning in a female environment where they learn other social skills and begin to build a network of other girls that love the game of hockey just like they do.  Below is a list of Girls Hockey Clinics scheduled around Florida.
