STATEWIDE SUPPORT TO MAINTAIN ELITE TRAVEL AND NATIONAL BOUND GIRLS TEAMS

• Establishing a Statewide strategy for long term establishment and expansion of girls elite with the support of players in associations across the state

• Supporting Associations and benefit players/families by regional training sessions

• Administrative support to teams including consistent communication, team registrations, scheduling, coordinating out of state tournament registrations and travel, coordinating with Associations for ice times and resources, interview and arrange for high quality coaches and trainers

• Conducting statewide tryouts for all players

• Coordinating regional practices and in-state games for teams

• Supporting teams at all age levels (12U, 14U, 16U, 19U) under the Florida Alliance umbrella including teams that are National Bound
