REGISTRATION WILL OPEN JAN 18, 2017

All teams must complete the  On-Line registration process.
You will only be able to pay via online registration.
You may pay by credit card or direct bank transfer.

You will need to have the following Information to complete the registration:
1) Complete Team Roster
2) All Coaches CEP # (coaching number)
3) A team Photo which must be in jpeg format and no larger than 5 MB in file size. This is the team photo that will appear in the program,so please make it a good one. We are not responsible to make any corrections to improve the quality of the picture.
4) A  Team Roster on excel or word document (you can download form from our site below)

If your team has already qualified ;All registration information must be in by Jan 31st or your team may not appear in the program.
Teams on the "bubble" will be given extra time contact the tournament for more information.

If your team is on the bubble please register and send in your check we will return any checks for teams that do not qualify.

Squirt AA (10U)- 4 teams- Held at Germain Arena

Squirt A- Gold (10U 'A')- 8 teams will qualify:Held at Germain Arena
          Top 4 teams from each of the North and South Divisions.

Squirt A –Silver (10U 'A')- 6 teams will qualify:Held at Clearwater Ice
          Remaining 3 teams from each of the North and South Divisions.

PW-A (12U 'A')- 8 teams-will qualify: Held at Brandon Ice Forum
          Top 4 eligible teams from each of the North and South Divisions.

BN-A (14U 'A')- 8 teams will qualify: Held at Ellenton Ice
          Top 2 eligible teams from each of the Central, West and South Divisions, plus 2 wildcard teams.
          Wildcard teams will be the next 2 eligible teams with the overall best record.

16U 'A'-Top 6 eligible teams will qualify. Held at Palm Beach Skate Zone

REQUIRED to stay at a SAHOF approved hotel. When calling these hotels, be sure to refer to the
"SAHOF State Championships" for a preferred rate and to get credit for staying at that hotel. Teams found to not be staying at a SAHOF hotel are subject to a fine.
