If you would like to add a player to your roster. YOU MUST FAX or EMAIL A SCANNED COPY of the Supplemental roster you are sending to the Affiliate Register by the THURSDAY BEFORE YOUR GAMES. IF THE LEAGUE OFFICE DOES NOT HAVE A COPY OF THE SUPPLEMENTAL ROSTER BY THE END OF THE BUSINESS DAY ON THURSDAY THAT PLAYER IS NOT ELIGIBLE TO PLAY THAT WEEKEND. , Follow it up with an email to the league office and you will receive a confirmation that the league received it. You do not have to wait for it to be signed by the Affiliate registrar but it must be signed by the player once you receive the signed copy back from the affiliate registrar forward it to the League office. If you drop a player from your roster that player cannot rejoin the team this season for SFHL games, players sustaining injuries will be handled on a case by case basis.
Maximum amount of players on roster is 20.

Both Managers are responsible for bringing to ALL games the pre-printed Score sheets from Pointstreak and counting how many players the other team has on the ice. In the event there are more players on the ice than on the roster you should make you coach aware of it. Instructions how to print out scoresheet are on the web site.4. YOU CANNOT WRITE IN ANY PLAYERS, ON THE GAME SHEETS. IF A PLAYER DOES NOT APPEAR ON THE PRE-PRINTED GAME SHEET HE /SHE CANNOT PLAY, VIOLATION OF THIS RULE WILL RESULT IN A FORFEIT AND A ONE GAME SUSPENSION OF THE HEAD COACH. THE ONLY CHANGE YOU CAN MAKE TO THE GAME SHEETS IS PLAYER NUMBERS, AND THAT WILL EXPIRE ON NOV.30TH. ( In the case where a rostered player forgets, tears or bloodies his jersey, make an effort to tape his number on the same color jersey, if that is not possible inform the other coach and note the number that the player is playing in.)
Scratch any players not playing in that game and be sure to clearly note when a player is serving a suspension. Forfeits will be posted as a 1-0 win REGARDLESS OF THE OUTCOME.
5.
GAME SHEETS THAT HAVE LABELS ON THEM WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED OFFICIAL AND GAME RESULTS WILL BE POSTED 0-0 TIES WITH NO POINTS BEING AWARDED TO EITHER TEAM.6.
WINNING teams are responsible to fax or scan/email (preferred) score sheets to league office, NO LATER THAN MONDAY NIGHT. Failure to submit score sheet on time can result in a ½ point reduction in team totals. NO COVER SHEET IS REQUIRED. In the event of a tie the HOME team is responsible to send in the scoresheet.7.
Individual player stats will not be changed once they are posted to Point Streak so please be sure to check them if you find an error send a message to the league office before Monday night. Remember we get our information from the score sheets fix errors at the rink after the game. We cannot change penalties this must be done by the referees before the game sheets are sent to the League office.8. Game Results will be posted by Tuesday night after the weekend games, Individual stats may not be posted until the following game weekend.
9.
Neck guards are required for players at the Squirt, Peewee and Bantam divisions, it is highly recommend for the midgets. Violation of this rule will be the same as the mouth piece rule.10.
Game times are as follows 12 Min for Squirts, 13 minutes for PW, 14 minutes for Bantams & 15 minutes for Midgets.11.
Games can start up to 15 minutes early. Games that begin early do not get longer periods however will have more curfew time.12.
The Game slot curfew time is 1:15 for the scheduled game. If a game starts early that "curfew time" will be from the original game time. I recommend that the midgets try to start games early but that is up the rink, it is also up to the rink if they can extend the game slot curfew. If a game starts late it is from the time it starts, coaches should note at what time the game starts.13.
The third period will be running clock to match the game slot curfew time of 1:15. The third period will also be running if the score differential is 5 or more, and will resume stop time (if curfew allows) when the score differential is less than 514.
One time out per game is allowed as long as the clock is not on running time due to curfew constraints.
